The defining characteristic of a bad movie is that you don't even have to watch it to know what's going to happen next. This is what this film is like, a super cop played by a muscular man, a super mentally retarded boss who looks cool, and waves of life and death PK. If it counts, what kind of person is always killed by the super police? go up and die. Maybe this comic is still pretty good, and there is a chance to look it up, but the movie doesn't matter, it can't keep up with the second-rate movies in early Hong Kong.
