anticlimactic
The film did not sufficiently foreshadow Anna's high IQ , resulting in a very low credibility of the later ending. The whole film is also full of specious details, such as the metronome, the clock stopped when John was "investigating" in the main study room, and the lack of sufficient foreshadowing of the male protagonist's depressed state, and of course "Never came out." Home" Anna.
My imaginary ending
From the middle of the film, I "predicted" that the whole film might be a treatment process for John, an experimental memory treatment led by Peter, so that the male protagonist can get out of the haze of his beloved wife's death. I thought that Anna's existence was made up for the male protagonist, and the same name as the deceased wife also happened to pave the way for the male protagonist's empathy.
other unreasonable details
Anna's motive for sending the photo at the end is not clear, it is purely optional.
