Confined spaces enhance the emotional tone of the audience

"Crocodile" is a disaster thriller not a horror film.

To say that the thrillers I have watched and liked should be Hitchcock and Spielberg, such as "Psycho", "The Birds" and "Jaws" are all classics. Even if there are horror elements in some of their movies, to subdivide whether they are horror movies or thrillers, the first choice should be thrillers, let alone "Crocodile Storm", which is 100% disaster horror rather than horror.

In my opinion, "Crocodile Storm" is a qualified R-rated cool film. It is very compact in less than 90 minutes, and has an excellent thriller rhythm. Most of the scenes are dark and depressing secret rooms or semi-secret rooms. Chamber of Secrets, this confined space enhances the emotional tone of the audience. The balanced and dense jump scare technique amplifies the original fear rooted in the audience's instincts, and it is not sloppy at all. The background music also enriches the rhythm of the film to a certain extent. As for the fact that most people complain that the heroine's halo is too strong, I don't think it matters. Every time Hailey is exposed to the crocodile's sight, it makes me nervous. The process is fascinating, but the result is not important.

"Crocodile Storm" overall, if it is for the psychological feedback that the thriller brings, this movie is still worth watching.
