Just because of OST...

I watched the movie a long time ago and bought the original book and placed it on the shelf, but I haven’t touched it. Maybe it’s just like how the movie makes me feel. It combines many "blockbuster" elements such as war, colonization, race, and love, but finally settled into one. A simple historical action film, there is not much memorable (except the soundtrack); in fact, the length of the film is less than two hours to explain the problem, and the characterization of the characters is too simple, and the plot cannot be said to be ups and downs. The scene of Alice jumping off the cliff is very classic and poignant. In the last scene, the three of them stand on the edge of the cliff and stare into the distance. The monologue of Jinjak is also quite tragic and majestic. Unfortunately, this is almost all of the movie.

PS But only from the point of view of the soundtrack, this is definitely a film that any movie lover can't miss.

  • Ongewasgone: There's too many French. And so few of us to fight. Not too many to die.

  • Colonel Munro: Monsieur Le Marquis, l am a soldier, not a diplomat. You called this parley for a better reason than an exchange of compliments.
