There is no such thing as an "ideal state"

Basically, I didn't understand it. The main line of the film is too many and complicated. It does require a certain foundation of political knowledge to truly understand the meaning that the film wants to convey.
It seems to be the intrigue of various interest groups over the oil issue. Everyone in the film, whether they are agents, lawyers, energy analysts or ordinary out-of-town laborers, are victims of this struggle.
Although the film satirizes the dark side of this kind of politics, it also further illustrates the truth of the mayfly shaking the tree. No matter how righteous your reasons are, individuals can never compete with the state apparatus. A long-range guided missile from another continent is flying overhead as you point your AK-47 at the person stopping your car.
