In Jarmusch's films, there are always a lot of people of color, blacks, Indians, Asians. His films also present satire and reflection on American native culture. "This is in America" became a line in several films. In "Stranger Things in Paradise", a girl from Budapest came to live in the United States. The film shows the conflicting and embarrassing situation in which the foreign population is indifferent to the United States and cannot fully integrate into and escape from it. In the first paragraph of the movie "the new world", the girl just got off the plane and was walking on the streets of New York, and saw the slogans "Kings country" "Country you can trust" "Get out and go home" everywhere, showing the United States. The polarization of natives towards foreigners. In this film, in order to avoid editing, Jarmusch has a single shot between every two black screens, all in one go. The ironic ending at the end of the film adds a little melancholy and a little surprise to the boring life described in the film.
