Just watched it tonight
In the first part, Fat Red became the hero of Bird Island from a loser who was not welcome since childhood. Fat Hong's growth is actually starting to recognize his own value.
In the second part, at the beginning, connecting with the first movie, Fat Hong thought he was the hero of Little Bird Island, so he was loved by all the birds. Subconsciously, Fat Hong believes that if he is no longer a hero, he will lose his value, be forgotten by everyone, and even return to his original form. Therefore, his core is still the child who is inferior and lacks love in the first part.
At the end of the second part, Fat Hong and friends save Bird Island. Fat Red realizes that she is not a unique hero. Success is the result of everyone's collaboration.
But seeing this, I have a small question. In the movie, I didn't see that the core problem of Fat Red's character was solved: will he believe from now on that no matter whether he is ordinary or excellent, there will be relatives or friends who love him unconditionally? Will he believe that when others treat him well, they want to be good to him, not that he is "useful"?
Of course, watching this movie was also meant to relax. After all, the three little ones are so cute~
