Due to space limitations and the dramatic increase in the scenes of Aunt C and Uncle Kang in the Moscow chapter, a new chapter is opened.

The link for the next part of the film review is here: Story Analysis of Moscow (Part 2) / Aunt C and Uncle Kang in the Shadow 3 / Multi-picture warning
The main scene of the last three episodes of KE's first season was moved from London to Moscow, and the complexity of the plot has been raised to a new level, with many small details criss-crossing, like yarn clumps of different colors.
If you watch it for the first time, many places you may feel? ? ? Or simply ignore these and just scream and cry for the love of the two heroines.
But carefully combing the plot, you will find that behind every action of the characters in the play, there are reasons and functions. And every turning point in the play has a reasonable motivation.
In this part of the film review, I will focus on sorting out the plot, supplemented by a few questions to further interpret the relationship between the characters.
At the beginning of the sixth episode of the first season, the scene has moved to the outskirts of Moscow. Villanelle sat in Uncle Kang's car, frowning and listening to the leader's arrangement.
Here's a little detail that the screenwriter buried in the back and forth: Villanelle kept fiddling with the passenger car drawer because of her anxiety, accidentally opened it, and put a gun in it.
And in the eighth episode of the first season, Eve, who is equally disturbed, is also fiddling with konstantin's car drawer.
Tsk tsk, so sweet. (idiot laughs)
I admire the screenwriter and director, KE is really too delicate in the details.
Back in Moscow, continue the above episode.
There's still a meaningful detail here, and the screenshots may not be as intuitive as the video.
What details? Notice in Figure 2 that konstantin said: "To protect you." This pause (ellipsis) is very interesting. To send V to the prison to deal with Nadia, what is the purpose of this assignment?
Friends who have watched the whole drama know that V was not picked up as promised after completing the mission, why?
And after villanelle and Aunt C met in the prison, V was sent out by the prison to assassinate konstantin, why?
At the beginning of the second season, the twelve sent a cleanup team to V Paris's apartment to get rid of villanelle, why?
A succession of questions all point to the same question:
Question 4: "the twelve" organization's attitude towards villanelle
V is a psychopath, eve knows that, konstantin knows it, Carolyn knows it, and it is estimated that the twelve knows it too. Unlike normal people, mental illness is unpredictable and difficult to control. The content of the entire second season of KE also revolves around " whether villanelle can be controlled " (whether it can be controlled or not, we will put it in the film review of the second season) .
Regarding the organization's attitude towards V, I think there is a bias towards the " if you get out of control, deal with it " guideline. And from the plot of the first five episodes of the first season, it can be seen that the 12-member organization is like an extremely sensitive and cautious black cat. All the people and things that may endanger themselves will be dealt with. The incident at the Berlin Shaman Club, the murder of Frank in the rainy night, the murder of Nadia Prison, and the fact that V was sent to assassinate Konstantin.
And villanelle's uncontrollable characteristics began to show from the first episode : the Tuscan hairpin murder case, V made a very high profile, deliberately leaving the hairpin at the scene. Later, when I went to the London hospital to deal with the politician's girlfriend, I killed two guards and one nurse on a whim, and did not complete the "disguised suicide" requirement required by the organization. As an old father, Uncle Kang was also heartbroken.
Finally, after killing the unplanned Bill in Berlin and omitting Nadia into Russian hands, the organization at this time should have already wanted to give up villanelle. Send V to the Moscow prison to kill Nadia. This mission kills two birds with one stone. On the one hand, Nadia is dead, the organization will not be leaked, and on the other hand, V can be put in prison.
Looking back at the screenshot above, Uncle Kang said, "This is a very important task for you, to protect you."
Is it really to protect villanelle? Not necessarily, I am more inclined to kill two birds with one stone. But Uncle Kang also said that this task is very important to V, so what is the explanation? Konstantin has a kind of concern for V similar to that of an old father for his daughter, so when the organization proposed to give up V, Kang must have disagreed and wanted to fight for a chance for his naughty daughter V. In the seventh episode of the first season, Kang said something similar when V confronted him at Kang's house.
This "important" should mean that after V enters prison, he will fall into an extremely dangerous and unknown situation, and V's killer career may also be changed accordingly.
In general, the appearance of eve and the establishment of the London secret investigation team led by Aunt C, as well as V's own uncontrollability, made the twelve's attitude towards villanelle more and more giving up.
Continuing the above plot, V asked Uncle Kang innocently, when will you pick me up from school?
At this time, Uncle Kang should have no idea whether V will come out.
Sending off V, who was still in the dark, konstantin's expression was serious, as if he was thinking about something. And pay attention to the BGM lyrics in the upper right corner, it almost makes the encounter that V is about to face.
This scene of V's imprisonment, and the lyrics in the upper right corner also warn the audience that this is not an "easy" task.
On the other hand, an undercover investigation team in London learns that Nadia of the trio is still alive and sent to a prison outside Moscow.
Villanelle fanatic eve and the twelve fanatic Carolyn immediately decided to go on a business trip to Moscow. Kenny and the black girl are on duty in London.
Pay attention to the "subtle relationship" mentioned by Aunt C here , which will be vividly displayed after arriving in Moscow. Regarding the story C and the Moscow agents had to tell, I will spare some space for a good tidbit later. Here's a very interesting episode first: the dispute between eve and niko in the bridge club.
On the night of deciding to go on a business trip to Moscow, Niko, who was worried about his wife's safety, had a big fight about Eve's "work" and was even slapped by Eve. After the quarrel, Niko took the initiative to ask for peace, and wanted to deal with it as before.
But eve is no longer the eve she used to be, and now she has only work (villanelle) in her heart. Look at Eve's determined little eyes.
Seeing the real name here, I feel distressed for Niko, the wife is obsessed with work and does not come home all night, and the lonely husband is alone in the vacant room.
Ignoring Niko's life safety warning, eve still decided to continue the investigation. I think eve at this time is eager to avenge her friend Bill on the one hand, and on the other hand, it may be her fanaticism towards V that she didn't even realize.
At this time, Niko probably noticed Eve's extraordinary attention to V.
The complex relationship between eve, niko, and villanelle is quite interesting, but I won't go into details here. There are many detailed interpretations before me. Here I will mainly analyze the plot + analyze C Yikang The two uncles are the main characters.
The time comes the night after the quarrel, and Eve and Carolyn arrive in Moscow for a wonderful appointment.
The four people at the table each kept their secrets, and each had their own ideas to test each other.
Here are the two male guests. The first person to appear is Vlad, a Russian intelligence officer, who is an old acquaintance and an old colleague with Aunt C.
Then Vlad said someone else was coming.
To be honest, my expression was even more surprised than Aunt C when konstantin appeared. At this time, Uncle Kang's other identity was finally revealed: a Russian intelligence officer. (Isn't this another frank?!)
Carolyn's face to konstantin was clearly acquainted, surprised at first, and then quite intimate. It is reasonable to speculate that Aunt C and Uncle Kang should have had an intersection a long time ago, but they have not been in contact for many years.
The most ignorant person on the entire table is eve. Seeing Carolyn, who is usually unsmiling, chatting and laughing in front of the two men, what is eve thinking at this moment?
After a brief chat, Carolyn cut to the chase and asked Vlad about Nadia.
Aunt C, who is full of curiosity, Vlad who is confused, and Uncle Kang who suddenly can't laugh. This question shows the position of the three people.
But as an audience who has traveled the longest way is to edit routines, at this time it is no longer easy to believe a person's identity.
So here comes the question:
Question 5: Who is the new Vlad? Will he be one of the 12?
First of all, my opinions and speculations are that Vlad, like Carolyn, has no connection with the 12 people and does not know the relevant information.
Evidence for this notion is this unusual four-player game. Imagine if Vlad, like konstantin, was a double agent on the side of the 12, then this meeting wouldn't be necessary for konstantin.
Because the 12 people definitely don't want Carolyn and eve to come into contact with Nadia, if Vlad is one of the 12 people, then he can just refuse to contact the people and end the following plot.
But precisely because Vlad was not, Uncle Kang wanted to intervene in this night's meeting to understand and control the situation. It can even be speculated that only Vlad was at the meeting that night, but konstantin managed to get involved.
The following plot will further support the view that "Vlad is not a party of 12", so I won't show it here.
At the same time, the involvement of konstantin also shows one thing: Vlad is the one who can decide where Nadia goes, and the 12 and konstantin can only interfere with the matter.
The plot continues, Aunt C said that we have exclusive information, and in exchange, we want to meet Nadia in prison.
The impatient eve even said directly: I want her.
Konstantin immediately objected.
Aunt C added more leverage, saying that Eve's house was once broken into by a female agent (V) and had a conversation. Uncle Kang immediately became interested and asked Eve. Kang's reaction here is obviously that he doesn't know about this yet, thinking to himself, little bastard, secretly falling in love behind my back. (error)
But what Konstantin didn't expect was that Eve had already found more information than he thought. At this time, Uncle Kang should be a little impressed with Eve (be vigilant).
When the dinner is over, Vlad agrees to Carolyn's request to meet, but konstantin will also be there.
Back at the hotel, Eve's intuition came back online, and he bluntly said that he didn't like Konstantin.
Aunt C's answer here is also quite interesting. Although she acted as affectionate as an old friend just now, after years of intelligence work, in Aunt C's world, the concept of "friend" may be equivalent to mutual use. In the second season, eve treats Carolyn as a boss and a friend, but in the end he finds that he is just a pawn in the hands of Aunt C.
On the second day, eve, Aunt C and Uncle Kang went to the prison to meet Nadia together. Here comes a turning point in the plot: Anna's appearance .
Eve asked Nadia about oksana's past, and Nadia's answer brought out a man (he).
Friends who have watched the whole drama know that the reason why Nadia holds a grudge against V is because V stole her opportunity to get out of prison and become a 12-person organization killer a few years ago. And the person who brought V out of prison (he), although it is not explicitly stated in the play, the audience can also guess that this "he" is the konstantin who is watching everything outside the door.
Seeing that his identity as a double agent was about to be revealed, konstantin made a strong appearance and interrupted the conversation.
From this, there was a turning point. He, who was about to be exposed, became she, and the anna branch plot unfolded.
There is also a small detail of the front and rear reflections secretly buried here. Remember the note that Nadia handed out before she was killed? It says to eve polastri. Obviously two people came to her, why only give eve and not Carolyn? Is it just because of the protagonist's halo?
Looking at the screenshot above, after Uncle Kang appeared, Aunt C said: He was with us. I'm afraid this sentence makes Nadia smell the same dangerous atmosphere (shrewd) as Carolyn and konatantin. Compared to the elusive Carolyn, eve, who was all about tracking down V, looked more believable.
Leaving the prison, Aunt C said we need Nadia.
Vlad's response was a refusal, and he said, "You have lost my trust." This sentence also appeared in the four-player game last night.
Vlad was like a wounded teenager: Carolyn's mouth, a liar.
At this point in the plot, the audience slowly asked a question mark, Aunt C, Uncle Kang, and Vlad, what is the past of these three?
Question 6: The story Carolyn and the Russian agents had to tell
In fact, the answer to this question is in the follow-up plot, and it is spoken by Carolyn herself.
After the request to release the person failed, Carolyn suddenly opened up to eve in the bar.
It was because of Carolyn's "betrayal" that Vlad lost his trust in her.
So who is this "informer"? Using the exclusion method can also guess the same, that is konstantin.
This story is not just an old story, but also a step to reveal the delicate relationship between the three, and it is also a hint from Aunt C to eve.
The plot goes back to the daytime. After Vlad refused to let him go in the car, Carolyn was obviously unwilling and said such a sentence.
Aunt C is really good at manipulating people's hearts. She seemed to say such a word casually, but it was actually arranged for eve.
Afraid that Eve didn't understand it well enough, he used alcohol to tell this old story. And eve is smart enough to notice something right away.
Then why didn't Aunt C go on her own, but turned a corner and provoked eve to contact Vlad? The reason is very simple, Carolyn has lost Vlad's trust, so her negotiation success rate is not high, and eve came forward and used a trick to achieve the goal: take over Nadia.
And eve lived up to his expectations, using the clues given by Aunt C to successfully shake Vlad, and it became possible to exchange Nadia with the informant's information.
After seeing Vlad let go, Eve immediately arranged to find the real hammer of Carolyn and Konstantin in Kenny, far away in London. It looks like Nadia is already in Carolyn's pocket.
This is unfortunate. On the other hand, villanelle in the prison just completed her mission, killed Nadia, and went to the solitary confinement room as promised, and happily waited for Kang Daddy to pick him up from school.
Before receiving the lunch, Nadia wrote a small note to Eve and threw it out the door. What exactly is written in the note? Who got the last note, we leave this question for the final analysis. It will also be a very interesting point, so I won't show it here.
The scene shifted to the prison. Villanelle was in a good mood just after sending out a box of lunches, so she was waiting to go out, but she didn't expect that she had become an abandoned child.
After V completed the task and came to the confinement room as scheduled, instead of being rescued, he was assigned a roommate, Inga. Let's recall this person (no screenshots), it's the murder roommate who pretended to be asleep, and then spit the blade out of his mouth when you fell asleep. Arranging such a person to V is obviously to organize to prevent future troubles and to clean up the useless villanelle. Xiaov is really miserable, and the organization has no heart.
What about konstantin? What is Uncle Kang who has always cared about V and said that he will come to pick her up?
And watch the next episode.
The upper and lower parts are mainly due to space reasons. If you have different understandings of the plot, please discuss.
