Just a normal movie

Many people recommended me to watch this film, some said it was a classic of love, some said it was a verification of fate, but after watching it, I felt that it was nothing.
You can predict the plot from the very beginning to the end, the two will eventually come together, it will be very romantic, I foolishly look forward to it.
Seeing this girl's slightly neurotic pursuit again and again, and watching the boy's search again and again, I'm anxious for them. What's wrong with those former partners? It was inexplicably abandoned without even a reason. Is it really just for fate?
The plot is a bit like "Sleepless in Seattle", but it's not as touching, without the cute little boy that makes people want to hug, the plot develops as if it was set, and the good friends of the two protagonists are super cooperative The "best friend" type, you can even not come to accompany your friends at work, but no matter how you look at it, it is not likable. The only funny thing is the salesperson, hehe.
If you watch a lot of love movies, you will naturally be able to tell the difference.

If it weren’t because you don’t want what the two actors like, I really hate this kind of love story that takes irresponsibility as fate and is also labeled as romantic. Although it is so dramatic, it can’t happen in reality, but it does happen. I only think that the male and female leaders will be scolded to death!

It's not a great but absolutely correct movie. The screenwriter's creativity and skills are very powerful. In each section, the drama climax and rich details are set. Anti-coincidence is used to highlight the coincidence. Many places make me suddenly enlightened.

Serendipity quotes

  • Eve: Prada! Ooh! Prada! I love this stuff!

    Salesman: That's 20 bucks.

Sara: Eve, that's a horrific knockoff! At least my knockoff says 'Pradi,' yours says 'Prado!'

Eve: Well, I say for a dollar I can buy a magic marker and fix it. I'll take it!

  • Eve: [commenting on Sara's craziness] They should make pills for this.
