Absolutely, or maybe

How time has changed into a magnificent magic, unknowingly turning so much definitely into maybe.

This is a film that belongs to the second-sighted beauty to me. The first time I saw it was in 2008 Come on, the recent revisit has made me hopeless. Although many people think that the final happy ending was too clichéd by the prince and princess, what I saw was just a possible ending.

No one is sure that it will happen, and no one is struggling for this ending in a dramatic way. We all know that there are so many unusual emotions flowing. All kinds of factors will make them miss it, and let them have a difference with others. This is a wonderful intersection. Maybe they will be busy for a few years and live their own lives. Maybe they will meet each other in a coffee shop, or when they meet again, their families will be happy and happy.

There are so many possibilities, and each one makes me feel warm. Because, no one will forget that night with a light rain, the time of a cigarette on the streets of New York, they warmed each other. In those years, those postcards, those letters, the Jane Eyre they were looking for and reading together... Those past, have made this story beautiful enough.

Or, Emily, my college lover, or, the mysterious and enchanting Summer, no matter who the ending of the movie falls on, it’s a good story. Each of us has so many stories. Every story is worth remembering.

Perhaps, you can still be obsessed with that absolute ending.

Perhaps, you can try to appreciate and feel the warmth and beauty of every possible ending.

Definitely, Maybe quotes

  • Maya Hayes: What's the boy word for slut?

Will Hayes: They still haven't come up with one yet.

  • Hampton Roth: Can I have a cigarette? Just a dying man's last request.

Summer Hartley: Not happening. God, you're such a drama queen. Nobody's dying. What do you care if I'm in love with him, huh? You're the one who set us up, remember.

Hampton Roth: Yeah, well, I kind of figured you'd chew him up and spit him out.

Summer Hartley: You're such a sweetie. You're a sweet guy, you know that?

Hampton Roth: I read the Robredo piece.

    Summer Hartley: Yeah.

Hampton Roth: The guy's been in New York politics for over 20 years and all you can dig up is that his daughter had an eating disorder?

Summer Hartley: What are you saying, Hampton?

    Hampton Roth: Do your job.
