This film is a companion to "A Dog's Mission", which tells the story of Bella, the dog, who travels four hundred miles home. The protagonist Lucas encounters the puppy Bella in an abandoned building. Despite his mother's ban on dogs, he persuaded her to bring Bella back to raise her and take Bella to the Veterans Hospital where he worked to bring joy and comfort to the patients. In an accident, Bella, who grew up, was accidentally lost, and she was separated from her master by accident. Distraught, Bella, separated from her master, climbed over snow-capped mountains and grasslands, along the Rocky Mountains and across the perilous Colorado wilderness, resolutely embarked on an unknown and dangerous, 400-mile adventure homecoming, just to return to her master. Beside Lucas, go back home.
