The patient was a middle-aged male with an acute onset. The main cause was "sudden limb weakness with epileptic seizures for 4 years". He was admitted to our department with "traumatic injury" in the emergency department.
Mainly manifested as quadriplegia after trauma, accompanied by grand epilepsy

Physical examination: Shenqing and good language, normal high-level cortical function, no abnormalities in cranial nerve examination, proximal and distal muscle strength of the limbs 0, left index finger muscle strength 4, no muscle tension, sensory and other examinations do not cooperate .

Location diagnosis: combined with paralysis of the lower motor nerves of the patient's limbs, the initial location is cervical myelopathy. General tonic-clonic seizures are located in the extensive cerebral cortex.
