The film follows a notorious injustice: Five teenagers, known as the "Central Park Five," were wrongly convicted of rape. The four-episode limited series will focus on five teens in Harlem, namely Antroni McRae, Kevin Richardson, Youssef Salam, Raymond Santana and Kerr Lee Wise. The story begins in the spring of 1989, when the teens were first questioned about the rape. The story will span 25 years, culminating in their eventual acquittal in 2002 and a settlement with New York City in 2014.
