The film's special use of lens highlights the stubborn side of the mother, and the bright colors increase the viewing experience. Greece with clear water and blue sky, soaring doves of peace, father and son playing on the beach. Those good things are gone forever, and the loss in the court is even more disheartening for the mother. A mother who seeks revenge is free and easy. The explosion at the end of the film is for revenge and a manifestation of heartbreak. While the ending was a little surprising, that's all a mother can do. The heroine's acting skills are beyond doubt.
