The essence of horror movies is the atmosphere

I just watched it last night. Unlike most horror movies, the whole movie is almost in a terrifying atmosphere from beginning to end, and less than a third of the place has already begun to make people very nervous, whether it is the music. It's the sound and light that permeate the eerie atmosphere of the haunted house. It even said it was based on a true story!

As a digression, discuss with those who have seen it: This so-called haunted house is of course because there are too many ghosts and too much evil spirit. If the factor of ghosts is excluded, does it mean that there may be a problem with the ventilation system design of this house? It is easy to resonate with the sound of wind and rain outside, causing the human body to vibrate, unknowingly affecting the human nervous system, causing auditory hallucinations and visual hallucinations?

In fact, I don't like watching horror movies very much, especially I don't want to watch it alone. I often fall asleep easily after thinking about it, and it belongs to the mentally fragile kind, hehe. However, since the imdb score of this film is close to 6 points, I think it should not be too bad, but it is really scary. The film started less than 20 minutes before I decided to watch it inattentively. I watched it while surfing the Internet, but I still felt scary. That’s why the title says that the essence of a horror film is in the atmosphere it creates, whether it is If you don't concentrate, you will always be infected by its sound and camera, so it is a success in this respect, right? At least it frightened my timid. If anyone loves this kind of excitement, it's still worth checking out. The plot is actually pretty simple, but it's worth watching for making something so simple so scary.

PS: The above comments do not rule out the factor that I am too timid, hehe
