The liar at the beginning of the movie, while pretending to be a psychic, lights a red light and the room is as dark as a photo shoot. After that, there is basically no red light props.
At the end of the movie, the cast and crew are all over, and finally the title RED LIGHTS appears, followed by the 2-second curtain shaking scene in the play. why? At the end of the film, when everyone is gone, and you may not be able to see this part at all, quietly and meaningfully, it floats out again like a ghost? There was a lamp on the table in front of the window. I watched it several times. Compared with the red light that was on at the beginning of the film, I couldn't see any consistency, although the lamp was almost the same without the shade.
The style of the movie poster is also red, and Simon's psychic room also seems to have a red curtain, what does it symbolize?
Or, is the prop "red light" an important symbolic existence in the Western spiritual medium world? (But I just remember the crystal ball...)
Or the meaning of Stop? :)
