"Hope" is to believe because it exists, and more importantly, to exist because of belief

Some of the comments are saying "the ending is too ideal and ruins the whole movie" or "understandable, let the children believe that at least one honest person exists, and tell them the truth when they grow up". I want to say, why, what truth? Everything is diversity, and so are people. Righteous people exist. The film isn't ideal, it's just brave. The movie has told a lot of real situations, dangerous possibilities, painful stories of the past, but why communicate at the end? Because it is necessary to communicate. If the two races are closed to each other, has the problem been solved? No. Human nature is complex, and even if desire is not mentioned, wouldn't the fear of the unknown, of death, cause the two races to attack to eliminate the possibility of their own destruction? Coexistence is possible only by trying to communicate. And the ending of the movie is just the first to take this brave step. Yes, there are cunning people, selfish people and even fearful people in this world, but there are also honest people and kind people. I don't understand why it must be emphasized that evil is real? The world is dark, human beings are inherently evil, and it is impossible for different races to coexist. Never take risks is the truth? I think it's because you are too brave. Any change is brought about by courageous efforts. Trying is not necessarily successful, but trying is hope itself. If failure is a possibility, and so is success, why can't it end like this?
