despair and relief

As a low-cost film, it is undoubtedly a restriction and restraint on its shooting itself, but this type of film also has its own charm and style. An irregular expression technique, a seemingly simple but inadvertently revealing classic lines or dialogues, etc., these are the unusual experiences and feelings it can bring to the audience. Personally, I feel that "Far From Casino" (Leaving Las Vegas, aka: Two Desperate Hearts) is an example of such a film.

The director expresses the emotions of the hero and heroine and the reality they have to face with an extreme statement and camera language. For them, they can't go back to the past, and they don't have time to plan the future. All they can do is comfort each other, and all they can do is drink alcohol and a little bit of desire. In the end, the hero played by Cage chose to go, to give up the powerless struggle, to leave the city that made him desperate, forever... I

don't know why I commented on this movie, is it a coincidence? ! I watched it earlier, and I can't remember a lot of the plot, but the overall impression of the movie is not bad, plus Cage's performance in the film is very brilliant, exaggerated facial expressions and neurotic body movements, as well as the character itself. The tension is pretty good. However, it seems to bring sequelae to his future performances, and he always looks a little crazy. By the way, I suddenly discovered that Elizabeth Shu is very beautiful recently, why didn't I realize it before? ^^
