Movies are about imagination, about love, about growing up
The keynote of the micro-movie is blue, which always gives the impression of being mysterious and pure. It is the color of unknown content that needs to be explored.
The picture begins with an endless blue sea, giving people a sense of tranquility. Gradually paddling across a small boat named Luna, there are three generations of grandparents on board, namely an elderly grandfather, a strong father, and a cute little boy.
The whole animation doesn't have us able to understand the lines, and the pictures alone let us understand the ins and outs of things. Most of them are three-person performances. In the performance, we learned that the grandfather and father's ideas were inconsistent at the beginning, and the little boy let them know that he had his own ideas in his own way. The music is also used very cleverly. The soothing light music is matched with the night, which makes the audience feel calm and happy.
Hats and tools are two objects that transform the little boy. At the beginning of the movie, grandpa gave the boy a hat, he had his own way of wearing it, but it was corrected by grandpa and dad in their own way. After climbing to the moon again, the little boy needed tools to clean up the stars. Dad gave him his own brush and grandpa gave him a broom. There is still a dispute between the two, and I hope the boy will listen to his advice. But in the end the little boy chose his own rake. The two always gave the little boy his own wishes, but never asked what the boy really wanted. Finally, after the big star fell, the little boy used his own method to make him smaller, so that he could find his own way of growing up.
The moon symbolizes mystery. Since childhood, we have heard stories about the moon, whether it is Chang'e flying to the moon or a tengu eclipsed the moon, it is out of reach, and the distance produces beauty and also produces imagination. Pixar's animation gives us a new understanding of the moon.
When I was a child, I always didn't understand why the moon changes in the seasons of the year. But the moon also randomly became less mysterious, he became icy cold, just a light bulb at night.
