----If I hadn't had the opportunity to contact this global village when I grew up, I would have thought that the world of love would be a strict father and a loving mother.
In my impression, parents do not give their children much time when they grow up sensible and read until they leave the society. They spend most of their time working to make their children’s lives better and richer. Plus, they tell kids what to do, what not to do, and what to learn to be more successful later on. This is my understanding of the love of the East. To put it bluntly, the child's parents place their hopes on their children to achieve achievements they have never achieved before -- hope that their children will become dragons and stand out from others, so that they can selfishly make their children their pride, and that they can be better than blue, not to mention this kind of not. The love of blood, but also the love that cannot be reciprocated by the child in a short period of time. Having been exposed to so many educational topics of Western culture, I am more able to accept the generous and open love of the West. Every child is a unique and imperfect individual, but they can give the greatest tolerance and understanding, and grow up with infinite patience like a friend without hurting the child's self-esteem, which stimulates the child's self-confidence and creativity. There is a section in the film where pete didn't scold him after lizzy made a mistake, but took him to the house that was about to be renovated to wreak havoc and release the pressure; after returning home, lizzy was even gentler. When I was watching this episode, my brain was quickly recalling my own growth process. Tears were left involuntarily, and I kept thinking, if these parents were the parents who led us to grow up, would we live differently now? Is there a different life? Are you doing what you love instead of working for money and living for work?
In China - how many artists and scientists have become civil servants and soldiers?
In China - How many children do not make choices and live for their parents all the way?
