Before I read it, I knew that this was a story that mocked American politicians who covered the sky with their hands, colluded with big oil companies, and sacrificed 600,000 Iraqi civilians and the lives of American soldiers to invade Iraq in order to realize their own selfish interests.
After watching it, I was once again amazed at the courage and scale of American filmmakers. The whole film is merciless and extremely spicy, and it mocks the politicians involved, Bush Jr., his father, and Dick Cheney (the protagonist), the vice president of Bush Jr. one by one.
As a person who has not been to the United States and whose knowledge of the political history of the United States is limited to Hillary and Trump, I am skeptical all the way, even the beacon country is so unbearable? What about the hope of mankind (forbidden word)?
After thinking about it, the fact that such a theme can be written, broadcast, and put on the theater line actually illustrates some topics that are not easy to expand here. Let me just say one thing: the lighthouse country suffers because there is no GDZJ, everything can be broadcast (manual dog head)
After I came out, I did a fact check and found that the film generally restored the history of Cheney's reign that raised the power of the US vice president to a new height, but it also exaggerated the fact that he colluded with a Supreme Court judge and wanted to empower the president to do anything. Things are legal plot.
Finally, I would like to remind those who haven't watched it yet, be sure to see a very cute Easter egg after the subtitles of the film are released?
