The story is simply that a young African boy uses his only physical knowledge to assemble a small wind turbine by collecting various waste parts to realize electric irrigation. Saved the people of the village who lived in persistent dry weather.

Many times we don't think we will use the Chinese way of thinking to understand how movies are in China, from the point of view of physics, and I try to overcome this drawback.

I think what the little boy did was to break the inherent way of life of the locals who depended on the sky for food, and brought new hope to the barren and backward African villages. This comes out in some of the boy's mother's lines. Maslow's hierarchy of needs human survival is the first factor, so food is very important.
