"Shocking God of War": a Greek mythical movie about the evening and the poor

" 3D " is indispensable for the deformity in "War of the Gods" that is completely inconsistent with the word-of-mouth. Since Cameron's 3D technology interpretation in "Avatar" has become superb, there have been various films that seem to be well invested blindly to follow in the footsteps. "Clash of the Gods" is the originator of "pseudo 3D", and later raccoons won the universal "acclaim" of "the most three-dimensional subtitles". After "Clash of the Gods" became popular, the film was determined to make the second part. However, the current "Shocking God of War" is obviously a continuation of the dog's tail. Unfortunately, time has passed, but everyone knows that "pseudo 3D" is already difficult to be elegant. Audiences with a little bit of experience meet the hateful "Little San" and decide to choose 2D so as not to "lost the wife and break the army".

Movies with Greek mythology as the motif, if nothing new can be made, they still follow the descriptions of the gods of the bad streets such as Zeus, Athena, and Poseidon. The perineal ditch capsized. Although "Shocking God of War" has some subversion in some details, some elements that are in line with modern fashion, and even some eye-popping highlights, the main storyline still cannot escape the shackles of traditional Greek mythology. No matter how the powers of the good and evil sides change methods, changing the name still has to follow the old line of cold weapons and violent confrontation. Since there is no way out of the yoke, how can the theme of Greek mythology be transformed into a magical? This is obviously the most tangled problem facing the director. In fact, the general audience doesn't care about gods and monsters, and their role is nothing more than vase decoration. It is human beings that promote the development of the story. How to create a mortal image to win the hearts of the audience requires a full-fledged story. The biggest shortcoming of "Shocking God of War" is still the usual problem of mythological movies: he is keen on shaping gods and treats mortals as mortals only. For this reason, we are most impressed by the golden saints of the gods in the film. Zeus, the ruler of the universe, appeared for the first time without entering menopause. It made his relationship with Athena look like a husband and wife. No wonder there is such a saying that "Heaven" Lei Gungun. Regarding the appearance of the gods, I think it is the best configuration for the film to please the audience. Talking and laughing, or vomiting, is nothing more than propaganda in disguise.

In fact, I'm very reluctant to even deny Mickey Locke all at once, just because he played the whole game, it is quite commendable. The hoarse, weak, muddy voice came from his vocal cords, and he felt the charm was overwhelming. Director Shu was incompetent, and he was able to make a violent, domineering and intimidating ancient emperor as mediocre and vulgar as the general public, and wearing a mask, he could easily disappear into the vast crowd. It seemed that the divine bow that was the focal point of the whole film, which was painstakingly obtained, was unfortunately lost by "premature ejaculation". This kind of half-hearted script that can't stand scrutiny can be taken seriously, and it won't work if you don't admire it. The key point is that it has also paid a lot of money. It is far more than that of "War of the Gods". I think the salary of Mickey Lockgar's "Slum" actress is difficult to match with Sam Worthington and Gemma A. Tedden can match it. Obviously, the production cost of "Shocking God of War" should be greater than "Clash of the Gods". In terms of the fineness of the scene, I am quite satisfied. It seems that there are not many clips that have been reviewed. It is absolutely rare to see long-term images of blood and sludge on domestic screens.

With regard to the subject matter of Greek mythology, due to its wide spread, the storytelling becomes extremely weak when it is interpreted on the screen. Those who believe in religion will feel subverted; those who do not believe in will feel fancy. During this period, it is difficult to find a balanced fulcrum. In addition, nowadays, in movies of all sizes, I always like to intersperse some real and illusory Greek myths, and the remaining topicality seems to be greasy. The best way is to make a TV series. "Spartacus: Blood and Sand" actually started a very worthy study. With a capacity of 13 episodes per season, the amount of information in the story can almost be summarized in one sentence. What makes it successful is obviously not a good story, but a process of showing art. Slow motions and long motions are not just a forceful tool for literary and artistic films. Applying them to the age of ancient cold weapons will have even greater significance. The dark and shiny muscles, the dazzling free and easy blood, the fist to the flesh confrontation, etc., are all very traditional retro, and extremely simple expression methods. The test is not the unpredictable narrative skills, nor the scene scheduling, but the photography skills. Why can't the theme of Greek mythology copy "Spartacus: Blood and Sand"? Just follow the blueprint of the story "The God of War", and use three episodes to outline Theseus’s growth experience, and eight episodes to show Theseus’s spiritual journey from despair to resistance and his physical strength to seize the bow. The last two The episode depicts the ultimate battle and introduces his son at the end, bringing the never-ending battle into the second season. The long narrative front, coupled with the magnificent ancient Greek location, will be more successful than the movie.

It's not completely 3D, sometimes it's better to take off the glasses. The plot is too outrageous for fans of Greek mythology, and the sense of form is too strong for ordinary fans. Mythical people, imagine the hand-to-hand combat scene between Tathagata Buddha and Guanyin and the Bull Demon King, how off-line would it be? The character modeling is far worse than that of Saint Seiya. After picking up the thorns, I have to say that the rest is still important. Going to the theater to see this movie is not a loss.

Immortals quotes

  • Stavros: Hyperion's legions are gathering at Tartarus. That's where Hellenists will fall.

    Phaedra: That future's not set.

Stavros: But likely. It'll be a slaughter.

    Phaedra: You have no faith.

    Dareios: Heathens.

Stavros: That is true, Dareios. But not always. When I was just a boy, I prayed to the Gods, for a horse. The Gods never answered me. So I stole one, instead.

    Dareios: We're surrounded by heathens.

[Falls dead with a knife in his back]

  • Phaedra: To those whom much is given, much is taken away.
