Similar youth

? The male lead turned out to be the little emperor of the Bourbon dynasty.

Wes Anderson’s usual composition and shooting techniques, the script itself has its own shining points in the character setting and relationship, and the story line expresses the lost youth of love and is also relatively rich. There are only a few shots that are uncomfortable from the perspective of character dialogue. The hue is more life-like and the saturation is low. The consistent style emphasizes the picture through the high saturation color of the character's clothing.

I don't know if everyone's youth wants to grow up, they have to be mad, they have to be stubborn, and they have to be enveloped in love. Some plots of the movie take place at night, and there will always be thunderstorms. At the end of the movie, the color tone given to me is cold, but from time to time there will be a few shots that are warm.

Youth is dull, can be kept and forgotten, cute and can be weeping, I hope that life will not seep thunderstorm, but let the sun shine.

Can it be said to be a rational version of breasts and the moon~ A little puberty before aging. But the melancholy of that kind of love is common, right?

Wes's scripts always disdain to play the so-called unspoken charm of second-rate literary directors. He expresses everything in his adolescence frankly, and the audience can understand the inside and outside of any characters without guessing their hearts. The charm born under such straightforwardness is the real masterpiece.

Rushmore quotes

  • Max Fischer: I thought you dumped me for Blume, then I thought...

Rosemary Cross: I never dumped you, because we were never going out.

Max Fischer: It would just help me if you'd just talk to me for a minute. Tell me what happened.

Rosemary Cross: Okay. Um, A. He's married. B. He hates himself. And C., well, he smashed up your bicycle, didn't he?

Max Fischer: My previous bicycle, yes.

Rosemary Cross: Well, what sort of person does something like that?

  • Rosemary Cross: I will say that, Edward has more spark and character and imagination in one fingernail than Herman Blume has in his entire body.

    Max Fischer: One dead fingernail.

Rosemary Cross: Right. One dead fingernail.
