Written in the front, I felt very angry after seeing an evaluation a few years ago. The definition of a princess has long ceased to be a white girl in a gorgeous dress. This is what Disney wants to convey to us and children as the times change. The true princess is brave and kind. Whether it's throwing at John and saying This is the pass i choose in front of his father, or forbearing tears to send away his lover, pocahontas are strong and beautiful.
Seeing it from an adult's perspective, something will be substituted unconsciously. The first one is that Disney's love is simple and idealistic. I felt that John might not really fall in love with pocahontas because of the facial expression of the male protagonist. Later, I thought that maybe I was not a simple kid anymore. There are also uncontrollable links to this cruel and bloody colonial history, but the ending gave me comfort. But if I want to watch this movie when I was a kid, I must cry and complain about why there are so many separations. (Actually it's almost the same now)
Finally, after watching so many movies, what Disney has conveyed to us, and it is a very important point, is to learn to express, to express love and to express hate, so I also believe that a love comes suddenly, and I hope that one day a man can be with you. I fell in love while singing.
Other favorite songs are Just around the riverbend and if I never knew you.
I watched the 20-minute match and found a pure English seed when I was not used to it. After reading it, it is strongly recommended to watch the original English version, the music is very good.
