I think what the film wants to tell us is to fuck the government, to fucking dedication. Cherish the people around you and live your life well. But even if you have any reason, you can't trample on the freedom of others.
In the past, watching movies always used it as a means of entertainment, but it is not just a way of entertainment. Good movies and good books can bring people in-depth thinking and enlightenment.
