Sportsman, challenge your limits

Yesterday afternoon, I went to do parallel bars with arms flexion and extension. It is true that my physical and mental condition has not been very good for the past six months. But I still finished the 100 plan numbers in ten times. Later, when I did push-ups, I couldn't support it anymore. I lay down on the ground and had to run ten small circles hastily.
When I came back, I was more satisfied with myself. Although there are so many people on the planet who can do 100 or even 200 parallel bars at once, when I was 23 years old, I did not become the strongest man in the world as I planned when I was a child. I did waste a lot of time, but yesterday afternoon, I did my best.
When I was a child, I couldn't understand such a thing as a glorious defeat, and I couldn't understand the nonsense that "the process is more important than the result". I seem to have suddenly understood these past few days.
Everyone has their own limits-if you don't admit this, you are not a materialist. An athlete may seem to have broken through his limits once in his life, but he must still have a point he will never be able to break through. If he does not recognize this, he also does not recognize materialism. Human beings do not rely on external forces. It's definitely not a leopard. And everyone's point is restricted by his innate physique (at least by this aspect). Therefore, the best performance an athlete can achieve varies with each individual's physique. Therefore, not everyone who works hard to practice basketball is likely to beat Jordan.

But having said that, Jordan and Powell’s success was not only because they worked hard, but also because they were lucky: parents had better births and met good coaches...
So, as long as they can reach their personal limits, they are gratifying. If this limit happens to be the number one in the world, it's better; if it's just an ordinary result, it can't be helped. This is the true face of things.

In the third part, Rocky is 34 years old. After defending his title under the protection of a coach and agent, he met a cruel, young and strong new opponent when he was about to retire ten times. Lost the first game due to the sudden illness of the coach. But this is not Rocky's limit. All family members and friends encouraged and helped him to work hard again.
What if I lose?
You will have no regrets unless you have done it, otherwise you will be upset about this for the rest of your life.
The conversation between him and his wife on the beach was probably the content.
He tried again. With his strength in the movie: superb fighting ability, years of experience and style of reluctance to admit defeat, coupled with the targeted improvement training of the former boxing champion, he has the possibility of victory.
As a hero in the movie, we know that he will win.
But if he is a character in life, there are two possibilities. But this time, the challenge of going all out proved that he is a real sportsman.

    [clear throat]

Rocky Balboa: Thank you very much. I don't know. Wh-What do ya say to something like this? About three years ago... this city... really took me inside, you know? And I want to thank you very much for that. I really do. And I've been thinking that, uh, I wasn't gonna bring this up, but I might as well now. I would never do anything to hurt this sport that has been so really good to me. And I've been talking it over with my wife... and my manager... We think that...

    [Confused]

Rocky Balboa: It's really hard to say this. I feel like, well... I thinking maybe it's time that I should, uh, step down maybe and... retire.
