The 1969 French movie "Shadow Army": I just watched 120 frames of a certain film this morning, and now I am moved by the picture of the 1969 film. Although it is a digitally restored version, the texture of the film and the hazy gray tones are too tasteful. The story was shot very coldly, and all the emotional colors were cut out. Many of the points in modern movies that would inevitably add music to the atmosphere were not included, resulting in an inexplicably quiet creepy. The length of the film is still a bit long, and it is a bit procrastinated. There is no shortage of rough editing that was common in that era. The characters are relatively too facial. Maybe the director is pursuing this effect.
