The power of faith

The film is based on a real event in the United States. The film is full of passion and heartstrings. In today's money-worshiping society lacking heroes, this film tells the moving story of how a weak woman can change her destiny while helping others, and demonstrates the precious spirit of mankind in defending justice. Eileen, a single mother who has been divorced twice and dragged her three children, is impoverished after a very helpless traffic accident. She has no job or future, and is almost desperate. But with persistent perseverance, she unswervingly adhered to her ideals, dared to challenge the powerful and defended the weak, not only defended justice, helped others, and re-recognized her own value. Some people are not powerful, but faith gives them superhuman strength. Whether you believe in religion or in yourself, whether you believe in love or in power, you must not live without faith! In this world, some people are not powerful, but faith gives them superhuman power. Just like the weak woman Elin in the film, it is precisely because of her belief that she is able to persevere and radiate beyond ordinary abilities. The same is true for ourselves. If we can achieve a career, we must first believe that this career is worth our effort at all costs; we must also believe in ourselves and have the ability to achieve this career.

Erin Brockovich quotes

  • Ed Masry: You're emotional, you're erratic. You say anything, you make this personal, and it isn't.

Erin Brockovich: Not personal? That is my work! My sweat! My time away from my kids! If that's not personal, I don't know what is.

    [starts to cough]

Ed Masry: Hey, come on. Come on. Go home. Get well. Because you're no good to me sick. I need you, all right? This case needs you.

  • Donna Jensen: [after a meeting] Oh, I made some bundt cake. Let me get some coffee, too.

Ed Masry: [Gets up to leave] Sorry, we have to be getting back...

Erin Brockovich: [under her breath in Ed's ear] Have a fuckin' cup of coffee, Ed.

Ed Masry: [to Donna] Coffee would be great, thanks.

Pete Jensen: [after Ed sits back down next to him] My wife makes great bundt cake.

Ed Masry: I love bundt cake.
