About the "postmodern fragment" in the film and the divinity of the heroine

CCTV6 is still very powerful at times, and the movie was shown the night before yesterday. In my mind this movie is juxtaposed with Roman Holiday and The Shawshank Redemption, and I think, this movie found me and became a part of my concept.
There were some comments that the movie was too flashy, and the many postmodern clips made the movie more watchable, but it was just good-looking. I want to make it clear that the audience did not understand those clips to make this evaluation.
1. The first interspersed magic was when the actor saw the news that his euthanasia lawsuit was just to attract people's attention. Appears while sleeping. The magic male protagonist dances lightly with a transparent bubble as a prop in the light and shadow of the blue background, which is very beautiful. I think the meaning of this magic is very obvious. The hero is missing his once free body, but now he is imprisoned in an immobile body like being locked up. The contrast is stark.
2. The second interspersed magic is that the actor receives a call from his ex-girlfriend, and before falling asleep, there is a scene where he and his ex-girlfriend cooperate in magic, including kissing once, kissing the neck once, and returning to reality after the magic is over. The male protagonist has a smile on the corner of his mouth. Obviously a retrospective of this love affair.
3. Another is the son of the hero's former nemesis. Before the first performance, he performed a magic trick for the boy. The boy kept pulling out the white sheets from under the actor's bed, but he couldn't finish it. The sheets seemed to be There is no end, the camera is the smile of two people at both ends of the sheet. I think this has two meanings: one is to inherit the mantle and mantle; the other is to echo the magic that the male protagonist changed for the first time when he was a child, not a coin, but his mother's smile.
So I feel that the magic interspersed in this film is not the flashy exterior, but the finishing touch that gives a creative light to a heavy subject.

Although the movie is called Request, what I see is fulfillment. The humanity in the male lead and the divinity in the female lead touched me deeply. What impresses me the most is not how miserable the hero is and how tragic his fate is, but the happy moments. So much so that I would suddenly cry because of a line and a scene.
In one of them, when the hero and heroine went out in the car, the hero sighed because he saw the scenery along the way, and the heroine lit a cigarette for him (I think the doctor must not allow him because of his physical condition), and then the heroine himself smoked When he got up, the male protagonist laughed happily. I cried horribly.
After returning from the first trial, she took him to the beach, and the male protagonist was sitting in a wheelchair and fantasized about him walking into the sea and the wind. Then the male protagonist in the restaurant was in a bad mood and shouted loudly if anyone would listen to his speech, but no one paid any attention to him. The heroine meticulously ordered songs for the hero and danced improvisationally. The hero and the little boy looked at each other in amazement. They didn't seem to believe that the usual unsmiling heroine also had such a charming side. The color of the movie suddenly became very vivid. And the male protagonist seems to be infected by the vitality of her life.
In fact, after insisting on the doctor's instructions, the heroine smashed the vase to smash the vase after giving the hero a stabilizing needle. From this detail, I was deeply attracted by this film that I watched for less than two minutes. There are many ways to be caring and kind, but which one is the best? In this woman, there is no stubbornness and prejudice. All I see is love and fulfillment. That's why I said that I saw divinity in the heroine. Including some of the meat jokes the two made, I felt an incredible harmony. For a brain that has lost its freedom of movement, sex is a humorous imagination. Anyway, a humorous life is not too bad.
In the end, the heroine chose to fulfill the will of the hero. For most people, life and death are difficult, especially for those who are loved ones. This again fits the theme of the film: fulfillment. The heroine's love is forbearance, and this love is like a piece of music interspersed in the male lead's life, without taking anything away, but accompanying the male lead through 12 years of difficult times, it is his support and his trash can , is the necessary means for him to reach the outside world, and the only help for him to reach the end. This reminds me of a sentence:
"Love is patient, and is kind; love is not jealous, love does not boast, is not arrogant, does not behave rudely, does not seek its own interests, is not provoked, does not calculate Man's wickedness rejoices not in injustice, but in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails."
In this era of quick success, full of aggressive temptations, everything is forcing people to pay for more. China cannot make such good films, and China has no environment to cultivate such a heart. But I always see the most precious spiritual core of traditional Asian culture in Southeast Asian films. Very good.
