It may be due to the fact that I prefer movies about ethics, and the title of the movie is straightforward, which led me to look forward to this movie, but after watching it, I have to say that I am a little disappointed. There's nothing wrong with the subject matter, it's just genetic engineering, but in the narrative atmosphere of the movie and the aura of the actors, this motif becomes a bit nondescript and feels weird. First of all, the story is relatively concise, the background of the story and the characters of the protagonists are unknown, and the characters are abstract. Only basic elements such as men, women, genetic engineering, and incest support the structure. To put it simply, the story is a bit out of reality. Personally, I don't think evagreen is suitable for this kind of performance. She is more suitable for playing roles with strong, full and outstanding personality. Her way of acting makes people feel kind and lifelike, which is not very harmonious with the tone of this movie. The ethics of the film are not pure enough, nor comedic and authentic enough. I won't say much about the male protagonist. The appearance is indeed beyond my expectations, but at least it is lifelike, so it is not a problem. The movie ends with a woman pregnant with a child who is her husband's cloned son, the flashbacks, I don't think the director's intent is clear enough, if the movie goes straight to the point and sticks to "sex, mating, reproduction, uterus, incest" "These motifs, rather than emotions, I think the story will be a little more profound and engaging. The director always wants to explain something, and it will not be as static as the movie itself. Is the story praising the powerful idea of human mating and reproduction that surpasses nature, or is it warning people that death is irreversible? I think only the viewer knows it. But as an ethical film, the purpose is to make the viewer think. Overall, I have mixed reviews, but I can't say it's a good movie.

The twisted relationship between characters is based on the growth and psychological changes of Mama and Tommy.
