Nouveau riche Mr. Wang

I watched this movie while laughing. Among them, Mr. Wang, the villain, is the portrayal of some Chinese people today: rich and good face, unfulfilled desires, macho... No wonder his daughters rose up against her father.
Mr. Wang feels good about himself, can get along with Mr. President, has a protective umbrella, has money, can buy almost anyone, and is extravagant, and has a whimsical golf course in the universe. Would rather exterminate all kinds of creatures... Secretly confirms a news in Changsha some time ago - destroying the old Great Wall and building new real estate, as expected, in China, there is money and umbrellas, and ghosts can push hard. Even Americans think so of us.
However, I think the brilliant thing about this film is that there is no one against the other, and the good and the evil are incompatible. In the eyes of the audience, no matter which side is ridiculous.
This is life~ Everyone is on the same stage, and they are all equally ridiculous. No need to be serious, just enjoy.

Futurama: Into the Wild Green Yonder quotes

  • Turanga Leela: It's amazing! It's like a text book on evolution.

Philip J. Fry: Except in Kansas.

  • Zapp Brannigan: Bender here's identified the femdido commander as my ex-lover Turanga Leela, whom I once made love at.

President Richard Nixon: And he's willing to fink her out for a few simoleons?

Bender: It's not about the money, Nixon, though I'd like much more. It's 'cause Leela's a threat. A threat to my reputation~ She's committed 30 felonies in 12 star systems. If no one stops her, she'll break my record for longest rap sheet.

President Richard Nixon: That's a despicable motive, Bender, and I respect it.

    Bender: Gracias.
