wrong movie, wrong understanding

1. I don't think this is a feminist movie at all, more an anti-feminist movie.
I think a lot of people have seen black rights movies, where black people endure all kinds of unfair treatment, but there seems to be no film that reflects black rights and interests, and black people have no spirit of resistance. Here I am reminded of the similar "The Beginning and End of the Kim Funan Murder Case", which is a feminist film. There is a woman who endures all kinds of oppression, and there is a woman who resists patriarchy. But not a single thoughtful woman in this film dares to fight against patriarchy.
2. Chronology
If the story is set in the 50s, many things would be understandable. The wife was beaten habitually without calling the police, the daughter was raped and pregnant, and the wife still did not call the police. Not a single policeman was seen from beginning to end. No one in the family except the father has a mobile phone. The women raised by these male protagonists have been missing for so long, without notices, reports, investigations, or even posted revelations. In the 1950s, going back a few decades, I will believe whatever you say.
3. Wife forbearance
Wife can forbear, as an oppressed woman, his experience will arouse the emotions of the audience, and finally burst out at once. I understand this design. But, mind you, this woman has freedom. She is free to go to the supermarket, to interact with outsiders freely, to drive a car, to take her children anywhere, and her husband does not take her children hostage. But she didn't call the police, didn't tell the neighbors, and closed herself. Even those women who knew that the husband raped the daughter (she was at the door when the husband sat next to her, she knew everything). But until the end of the movie, she suddenly said that she was going to leave the man because he was crazy - and at this time, she didn't know that her daughter was pregnant. God, who is crazy!
4. Woman
She is not a primitive woman, she has a knife and clothes. Where did she come from? Why can't you hide in the forest? The movie didn't explain it. From the beginning of the picture introduction, the director meant: This is the legendary wild woman. It's really hard to convince, because you're showing the savage woman in awe, and then letting her get caught easily by a man.
Overall, this movie is very depressing to watch, not because of the plot, but because of the above problems that have been bothering me.
