1. Overall, I think this is the best thriller I've seen in the first half of this year. (If you think the Saw franchise is a horror movie, this Mother's Day is a horror movie too.)

The "Chainsaw" series has really brought a lot of talent to the film industry, including the director of the first film, James Wen (later, this guy directed the ravely acclaimed "Dead Silence" and the "Late" that I was looking forward to so much ); including actor Tobin Bell, who played the jigsaw; and of course Darren Lynn Bousman, director of Parts 2, 3, and 4, who directed this very good after leaving the "Chainsaw" series. of "Mother's Day".
3. Compared with works of the same type and subject matter, the script of "Mother's Day" is undoubtedly fuller, and it tells a story of more than 110 minutes.
