America's America

Film, history and reality meet like that. Confusion, crisis and struggle never stop. America is still a thick and deep America. The Americans are tough and honest, and walk their own lives at their own pace. Even Che Guevara cannot change it. Even if he is a martyr, his "revolutionary center" theory has not been able to gain widespread support from the people in Bolivia in practice. But when life is facing difficulties, their struggle is more thorough than Guevara. The production is excellent, and the perspective reveals the delicate care unique to the female director. The gift of "water" in the ending is a bit abrupt, because I can't imagine that Daniel, who is honest on the outside and agitated on the inside, would choose such a "heart-to-heart" gift.
In recent years, there have been several films about South America, from "Motorcycle Diary" by the actor Garcia a few years ago, to "Sad Milk", to "Plateau" and today's "Rain Crisis". The strong and profound humanistic care pays tribute to those directors and screenwriters, whose attention and efforts make our prosperous China seem so barren.
