Those two animal control staff are really pitiful.
The plot does not stand up to scrutiny.
The eagle forcibly not eat meat. Duke's former owner forcibly passed away, causing Duke to return to Katie's house with Max. Max forcefully likes Gidget, and both max and duke are more CP. It is very suitable for children to watch. In the scene I watched, the children all talked and laughed and were very happy. When watching zootopia before, a child was scared to cry by a carnivore that suddenly jumped out and finally had to leave early.
