When the child's body was slowly approaching the limit, with the support of his wife and children, John gave up his job as vice president, and together with Dr. Stonehilly, who researched the Pompe special enzyme, set up a biological development technology company, just to find a way to save the child. The miracle cure for life - one of them wants to prove his theory correct, the other clings to his last chance to save his child. During the trial, production, and clinical process, John encountered numerous difficulties and obstacles, but he persevered strongly.
