"Resident Evil 2: Revelation": The action is a double-edged knife. The biggest revelation of

: The so-called Resident Evil is just an experiment by Umbrella Corp. every time. This is a veritable action science fiction film. I want to say that the action is also a double-edged sword, it is coherent and wonderful when used properly, and it is just uninspired mechanical repetition when it is used to flood it, which purely shocks the vision.

Under the pressure of fans of the first game, Jill Valentine drew his gun bravely in the appearance of a beautiful animated girl. The manipulative trial for revenge is Alice & Matt, who escaped from the hive in the previous episode.

The plot? It is so simple that the zombies move from the hive to the city for food, the T virus spreads at the speed of light, and everyone bites when they are bitten. The scene was completely out of control, and the person in power decided to abandon the entire city and attempted to wipe out the zombies and T virus with the power of nuclear bomb blasting. After that, a two-line narrative: on the one hand, the wheelchair professor who created the T virus remotely controls the living people in the city to save her daughter, on the other hand, Umbrella wants to use the opportunity to test the lethality of two "biochemical weapons".

Following the clues that couldn’t be clearer, the zombies swayed biting people, mortals screamed and hid, and the special police shot and killed the corpses, and bullets flew around without money. Go, panic, panic.

Gorgeous action scenes one after another, did not stop, they played like clouds and running water and still did not forget the blood spray, regardless of whether others would yawn again and again. Biochemically, Alice, who has superhuman abilities, made an appearance on the popular mid-air flying motorcycle, but then uncreatively continued with the previous episode's seckill gun, scimitar, cut, round, kick, and twist. The routine was the same, and there was no big surprise.

Bite, kill, Raccoon is a non-existent city anyway. The ending was silly and naive. The bad guys were thrown off the plane and became a delicacy for the zombies. The good guys made an emergency landing without any damage. Alice woke up from the research room water tank again and escaped, as always, open to prepare for the sequel.

In the second part, the special effects styling has been significantly strengthened and actively moved closer to the game. Jill’s shape is like just walking out of the game. The visual impact caused by Alice diving down from 260 feet vertically at 90° is quite shocking. See everyone sees wisdom. The place of success, to me, is to let people see the light in despair.

The despair is because of humans: in order to test the killer's lethality, you can sacrifice your companions, because the wealth and power can effortlessly use the excuse of nuclear power plant reactor explosion to disguise the truth about the rampage of Raccoon zombies in the DV. The right to speak has always been in the hands of a few people.

Dawn is also because of human beings: T virus, its development was originally due to a father's love for his daughter, and there is no difference between the past and the present. The greatest inventions often have nothing to do with interests. It's just that, cherishing Bi its crime, its misfortune lies in its misuse by a very small number of people. What's more, although Alice and Matt are survivors of T virus and DNA fusion mutation, but there are tears in Matt's eyes, and Alice's full-fledged savior style also proves that no matter how powerful the virus is, it can't make people become unfeeling. Controlled biological and chemical weapons.

There is a deeper darkness under the light, and Alice wakes up again in the water tank in the laboratory, brainwashing, recovering, and getting out. However, is the T virus so easy to stop? Is Umbrella Corp. so bad?

Don't be silly, this is just the beginning of the next larger experiment.

Resident Evil: Apocalypse quotes

  • Major Cain: [to Alice, referring to her and the Nemesis] The two of you showed such promise, but we had to see you in action. And most impressive you've been. You're like brother and sister. Heightened speed, strength, agility, the same killer instincts. Parallel strands of research. And now... we discover which is superior.

  • Alice: How long ago have you been bitten?

    Carlos Olivera: Three hours.

    L.J.: What?

    Alice: Today's your lucky day.

L.J.: [to Carlos] You should have told me you were bit, motherfucker, I'm hanging with you and shit!
