There are several stories here that are not related to each other. It just happened in Los Angeles, on the eve of Christmas. I used a topic so big as despair and hope, and I don't know if I can explain it.
I don't know if I believe there is total despair in the world. Sometimes I'm willing to despair to have a hopeful ending. Sometimes, I feel that the truth is cruel and cruel and there is no room for change. When we are watching a movie, the director wants to tell a story to the audience. He expresses his understanding, and we as audiences also have our own understanding.
The plot of this movie is really full of ups and downs when I look back on it after the end. With the development of the plot, I continue to feel the emotional chain reaction of despair and hope intertwined. But in the end, a huge snowfall under the influence of heat and low pressure brought everything down.

So what about hope?
Hope is that heavy snow. The city after being covered by snow seems to be a blank piece of paper, losing its original layer. All the sad atmosphere in the air will be condensed by this cold snowflake, and finally the world will return to tranquility.
The hope is that she found a duck doll in the boy's bathroom, she turned the clockwork with great interest, and the little duck jumped lively. She asked him if he could give her a shake of his hand, and she said to the boy, your hand is cold. The boy told her that it was your own. They got up and hugged at the same time when they counted to three, and they hugged so seriously.
The hope is that the boy found a supermarket trolley on the side of the road, and asked the lady very gently, "may i be your server". Hopefully it was the priest who fell asleep in anger after questioning God, the man he loved in a dream appeared on a bench, they had a pleasant conversation, and the woman told him that she would always love him. Eventually he accepts an invitation from a beautiful woman to be her boyfriend at a party the first time she wears a present.
Hopefully it was the ease with which he watched the children's innocent smiles after a puppet show, and he sat in his chair thinking about the girl. After they parted he never found her again. She told him, I have two tickets to Paris, would you like to go with me?
The girl's father took the photos of his daughter and the child and watched it quietly all night. Light blue snowflakes buried him in the corner. He died just like that. Is this hope or despair?
