As a biographical film about a famous writer, there are many classic lines in the film. But the two-hour set, as dreary as all biopics, was halfway through and almost gave up. In fact, this film is not so much a biography as it is a love story of loving and being loved. Poor wilde, fell in love with the young and handsome lily-like BOSSIE in middle age. Unfortunately, beautiful things are not necessarily beautiful. Maybe BOSSIE also loves Wilde, but he is selfish and self-willed. The long-term lover's tolerance did not fulfill the two in the end, but brought the disaster of ruin to himself.
BOSSIE's father created his fragile and paranoid character. Maybe his feelings for WILDE are more dependent on him. If he really loves him so much, how can he have sex with others in front of his lover. Falling in love with a selfish lover is doomed to be hurt in the end. We may be confused by the short-lived beauty, but often ignore the people around us who silently love you. ROBBIE's love for WILDE is sincere, only he supports silently, and finally buried his ashes in WILDE's tomb after his death By the way, I am very moved by this persistence. How many people can persist in their feelings until death?
