The three lost themselves and walked into a "forest".
When David showed up, I thought it was the second "V Freak" and loved his narration. The death of his sister made him paranoid, and he walked into a "forest" - "Meanwhile City", wearing a hood, with extraordinary skills and elusiveness, just to complete his only mission - to kill the "lonely". As everyone knows, the "loner" he is waiting for is the one who is struggling to find his father.
Emilia feels like a decadent and depraved woman. The whole content of her life is only two words - video, the only purpose of her existence is only two words - suicide. All of this stems from the breakdown of her family and from the confrontation with her mother. Her "forest" is her own bright red blood.
Milo is my favorite kind of man: handsome appearance, melancholy eyes, pure love, persistent nostalgia. The unsatisfactory and cruel reality made him walk into the "forest" - there are swings full of smiles, there are parks full of warmth; there are surprise encounters and imaginative appointments.
The address that David left to the "loner" is the Franklyn apartment where Emilia lives; Milo's place with his first love is the restaurant opposite the apartment. The father waited anxiously for his son in the dining room, while listening curiously to Milo's self-talk; David broke into Emilia's room and chose the position of the window to shoot the enemy "The Lonely". Four parallel lines are intertwined and assembled in apartments and restaurants. With a gunshot, Milo was shot, and his love fantasy had just ended; with a loud bang, David was wiped out, leaving the "loner" to die alone. "Love in a Fallen City" fulfilled Milo and Emilia, and the two injured hedgehogs might embrace each other for warmth on a cold rainy night.
Could this film fit into a new category - psychological films? It seems that in recent years, films that explore split personality have appeared frequently in the film industry, such as "The Rose and the Red Lotus", "The Devil Is Behind", "Beautiful Mind", "The Detective", and "The Sharpshooter" that I have seen before.
