The 4 lines are intertwined all the time, and it feels like it can't focus on the point. If only the interaction between David and his father (ie Meanwhile City and London) is kept, it will be much more interesting, and the rhythm will be much faster.

Concentrate on telling a fantasy world about a mental patient (or The collision and interaction between the parallel world) and the real world will be more interesting.

This idea is not new. I remember that when I was in junior high school, I read an article in the sci-fi world that said something similar (the title should be called ), but this is the first time this idea has been put on the big screen.
