In addition, the plot is relatively obscure, so those who didn't watch it carefully may feel that the plot is monotonous and the ending is easy to guess (the appearance of the deer, if I guess it is correct, is a bit redundant, unless there are other preparations). But it's easy to make people think that Hannah is Marissa's daughter, but the movie doesn't say it clearly... I can only guess.
