There are a few impressive scenes: one person runs after another person with a chainsaw; hands are still crawling on the ground after cutting off the head with a shovel , the severed head can still speak after being treated; a woman's face was flattened; a metal foil homemade hat; the hand that was nailed to the door...
At the end, even I can't tell the difference between those Reality, those are hallucinations! But at least the ending makes me feel better
