Today, let's talk about the Danish film "Knight of Justice".
The title of the film is Retfærdighedens Ryttere / Riders of Justice (2020), alias Riders of Justice.
This is a film full of Danish sternness, starring Mads Mikkelsen, the sexiest man in Denmark.
The film has fierce debates around conspiracy and accident. After nearly two hours of discussion, it makes people feel that the world is impermanent.
Max Mikkelsen plays an active duty soldier named Markus.
He spends years fighting abroad and rarely has time to accompany his family. Suddenly, he got news that his wife was killed in a train derailment accident, and he rushed home to express his condolences.
Otto, a mathematician who was on the same train, survived the disaster. He gave Marcus's wife a seat on the train, and the other party died. Otto has always felt guilty for this.
Otto is keen on numerical analysis. After his careful observation and careful analysis, he felt that the train accident was not an accident, but a well-planned conspiracy.
Otto sells his opinion to the police and is ignored by the police, so Otto informs Marcus of this conclusion.
Marcus felt ashamed of his family because he was abroad for many years, and when he heard that his wife died in a conspiracy, he immediately had the motivation to take revenge.
Marcus's starting point is easy to understand. He needs to find a person or an organization to be responsible for his wife's accident, and at the same time to satisfy the guilt he owes his family.
In this way, Marcus and Alto hit it off and began to look for potential "criminal murderers" with tinted glasses, setting off a bloody storm.
The overall feeling of "Knight of Justice" to me is a pity.
A variety of factors collide to produce coincidences. This is the favorite of black crime themes. If you add the cold sense of humor of the Nordic countries, it will be a very good and interesting movie.
But the actual effect is not the case. The film is a mixture of elements that can be deeply digged together. The ruthless active-duty soldier killer, the geek mathematician obsessed with probability theory, the violent gang who do evil, the police who stand by and take empty pay, dig deeper in any aspect. All can be independent chapters, and the results are not good in any aspect.
Alto's idea is very simple, there is a connection between everything, not necessarily a causal relationship, but there must be a connection. If two small-probability events occur one after another, there must be a connection behind them.
Life is not as simple as cold numbers, and many times it is not logical and unreasonable.
As the saying goes, the house leaks when it rains overnight, and the ship is late and hits the wind again. A lot of bad things happen one after another.
When it's your turn to be unlucky, you deserve it, for no reason.
At the beginning of the film, a blue bicycle is used as an introduction, which has the feeling of creating a butterfly effect.
But it didn't actually shoot well. It was originally a regrettable accident, and it is a metaphysical point of view to have to talk about something farther and earlier.
I want to talk too much, but it's very messy when I take pictures. What kind of bicycles are there?
Finally, let's talk about the most beautiful boy in the whole film, Max Mikkelsen.
Max Mikkelsen appears in the film as a sloppy tough guy.
His full beard actually only took two months to grow.
It's not difficult to grow a beard. Max Mikkelsen worked hard for this role, and the result of hard training was to gain 14 pounds of muscle.
In Max Mikkelsen's bathroom breakout scene, he steals the spotlight. Bumping his head into the mirror, it was Max Mikkelsen's own idea, which convinced the director and the insurance company.
Eventually the stunt coordinator installed a protective cover on the mirror so that when the mirror broke, the pieces wouldn't pop out.
Max Mikkelsen originally planned to headbutt four times, but instead of hitting the mirror with a solid concrete wall, he ended up headbutting it twice and punching it instead.
Also in this scene, the towel rail "behaves" when Max Mikkelsen destroys it.
We saw that Max Mikkelsen's formation seemed to be tearing down the house, but the towel rack didn't move, and he could only kick a few last kicks...
This shot was kept in the final film because everyone thought it was funny.
It's too unexpected to go up and down,
The tyranny is really speechless.
