Just want to use Bill Nighy as a question

This movie is such a surprising gel I've come across.

Florence: while there is life, there is hope.

Edmund: gosh, what a horrifying thought.

I'd say Florence agreed at least at that moment, her laugh said it.

Edmund: I would very much like to have met you at another time in my life or in another life altogether'

Florence said nothing but took a step closer to Edmund and held his right hand.

Nothing more needs to be done. They understand each other and support each other as friends or wishing more than friends.

The sparks, the feelings that have yet started, the care or love that has never been spoken didn't get continued because of Edmund's death.

Florence put great efforts to manage the bookshop fulfilling her dream.

Edmund also put great efforts negociating with the 'harpy' Violet protecting Florence.

Christine was the one who played it so smart. She and Florence influenced each other in good but different ways.

This is what I see an impressive movie tells us.

The Bookshop quotes

  • Christine: You're so kind, Mrs. Green...

    [running away]

    Christine: You're so bloody kind.

  • Narrator: [Voice over] Mr. Brundish lived alone in the oldest house in Hardborough. He didn't particularly like his own company, but after long years of battle, he had reached a lasting truce with himself. He adored books with the same passion with which he detested his fellow men.
