I just checked in at Columbus recently and made a map with the exact location of all the buildings and screenshots of the relevant scenes in the film.

Tips:
1. The city of Columbus is very small. It is an ordinary cornfield town decorated with some modern buildings. It is enough to drive around all the buildings in one afternoon.
2. The Columbus Regional Health Mental Health Unit film was filmed on the east coast, with a hospital parking lot nearby. Don't follow the google map navigation to the west bank, the weeds are very high, and you can't walk near the river.
3. Miller House only has guided tours a few days a week and reservations are required. If you don't catch up, you can't get close, because there is an iron gate at the end of a dead end.
4. The First Financial Bank has to go after dark to get good results, but during the day it is unremarkable.
5. Go to the Observation Tower and the New Brownsville Covered Bridge and there is a parking lot on the south side of the circular lake. It's convenient to stop there to get to both points.
