The motives of the two cases are the same, that is, the wife cheated and was unfaithful to her husband. In this film, the millionaire Crawford played by Anthony Hopkins is the absolute protagonist. On the contrary, Willie, the prosecution lawyer played by Ryan Gosling, becomes the green leaf. I have to admire Anthony Hopkins' superb acting skills and powerful aura.
