The first generation of world famous novels: Wuthering Heights (Master Earnshaw is Catherine's father), the second generation of Linton Manor: Catherine, Catherine's brother, Heathcliff (Gypsy adopted by Master Earnshaw); husband), sister Linton (wife of a gypsy). 3rd Generation: Son of Catherine's brother (illiterate, eventually lived happily with Catherine's daughter), Catherine's daughter (same as mom), Son of Lynton's sister (died early, married Catherine's daughter) Master Earnshaw died Later, Catherine's brother abused the Gypsies, but Catherine and the Gypsies fell in love. Because the Gypsies misunderstood Catherine and looked down on him, they left the manor in anger. Catherine married Linton, and two years later the rich gypsy returned for revenge. Catherine's brother could not repay his gambling debts, the gypsy became the master of Wuthering Heights, and Catherine's brother died, leaving behind a son. The gypsies cheated and married Linton's sister, only for abuse, and the two had a son, and Linton's sister died young. Catherine gave birth to a girl and then fell ill and died; when Catherine's girl grew up, she was forced by the Gypsies to marry her son. Soon after, her son died and Linton died, and the Gypsies successfully inherited the Linton Manor. The gypsy later died in confusion, leaving Katherine's daughter, Katherine's brother's son, a happy life. I don't give you space when I love you, and I don't give you a chance when I hate you. A vicious circle, yet another revenge of the Count of Monte Cristo. Twisted love, with hatred all his life, stay away from trash people. Contacts are all guests, everything belongs to dust!

Wuthering Heights quotes

  • Heathcliff: Misery and degradation and death and nothing that God or Satan could inflict would have parted us, you of your own will, did it. I have not broken your heart - you have broken it; and in breaking it, you have broken mine.

  • Heathcliff: Why did you betray your own heart, Cathy? You loved me. And what right had you to leave me? The poor fancy you felt for Linton? Nothing that God or Satan could inflict would have parted us. You of your own will did it. I've not broken your heart Cathy, you have broken it. And in breaking it, you've broken mine.
