1) Fire attack is not an attack of rolling fireballs, and has limited effect on impact formations. How much oil must be poured on the ground for such a large open area to burn violently and lastingly? ?
2) The tribune has suspected Aminius for a long time, but still does nothing, neither exerting influence in front of the governor to try to make a plan B just in case, nor constantly looking for opportunities to remind him to pay attention to tactical arrangements: for example, should oppose the concession (already suspected) Aminius went to serve as important flank cover or at least sent heavy troops to watch.
